What delivery options do you offer?

We provide convenient, fast and reliable delivery of items throughout Latvia and the European Union. Choose the option that suits you best:

  • Standard delivery – 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment. Available throughout Latvia and the Baltics.

  • Express delivery (24–48 hours) – Fast courier or express logistics for urgent orders (availability depends on region and goods).

  • Parcel locker delivery – For smaller items via Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts or other networks across Latvia.

  • Pickup in Ķegums – Collect your order at our warehouse (by prior arrangement).

  • Direct delivery to site – Delivery to your work location (e.g., road construction site, quarry, logging site, factory).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery prices are calculated individually based on the order’s weight, dimensions, delivery method, and destination.
Guide prices (excluding VAT):

  • Parcel locker: from €7.00

  • Standard delivery: from €40.00

  • Express delivery: from €75.00

  • Oversized goods: from €55.00

  • Pickup in Ķegums: Free of charge

The exact delivery amount will be provided in your offer or invoice.

Are shipments traceable?

Yes. All shipments are traceable and secured with a security guarantee.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located in Ķegums, Latvia. 

Items can be picked up at our warehouse in Ķegums (by prior arrangement).

Particularly convenient for customers from Riga, Ogre and the surrounding area.

What is your product return process?

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us
    Email garantijas@exparts.lv or call +371 28224087, providing your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Receive confirmation
    We will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Prepare the product
    Keep the original packaging and all product components. The item must be unused and undamaged.

  4. Complete the return form
    Fill in the return form and include it with the product.

  5. Send the package
    Ship the securely packaged item to the address provided.

  6. Refund or replacement
    Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days or send a replacement.
